The *real* ksh (i.e. the one written by AT&T) isn't freely redistributable. But there are public domain implementations of it. I logged into quiche.cs.mcgill.ca as "archie", typed "set sortby time", then "set search subcase", then "prog ksh", and got a list of quite a few sites archiving ksh sources of one form or another. Here's one particular entry that looks promising: Host mojo.eng.umd.edu (128.8.133.9) Last updated 19:44 7 Mar 1991 Location: /pub/misc FILE rw-r--r-- 120589 Dec 14 20:00 pdksh-3.2.tar.Z -- Jonathan Kamens USnail: MIT Project Athena 11 Ashford Terrace jik@Athena.MIT.EDU Allston, MA 02134 Office: 617-253-8085 Home: 617-782-0710
