Well, I finally found my storage timetable. I asked for one a while
back but never received one,. Since a few people asked me to send one
when I got one, here it is. I found it in the back of an old cookbook
I never use anymore. I guess I packed it there when I moved once, and
never got around to digging it out.

Bacon 5 - 7 days 1 month
Beef 2 - 4 days 6 - 12 months
Butter 7 days 2 - 3 months
Casseroles 2 - 3 days 2 - 4 months
Cheese
Cottage Cheese 3 - 4 days don't freeze
Hard 1 - 2 weeks 2 - 3 months
Soft 1 - 2 weeks don't freeze
Cooked meals 4 - 5 days 2 - 3 months
Egg Whites 10 days 3 - 6 months
Egg yolks 2 - 3 days don't freeze
Fish 1 - 2 days 3 months
Frankfurters 4 - 5 days 1 month
Ground meats 1 - 2 days 3 months
Ham 1 week 2 months
Luncheon meats 1 week don't freeze
Milk 5 - 7 days don't freeze
Pork 2 - 4 days 3 - 6 months
Poultry 1 - 2 days 3 - 6 months
Sausage
Bulk 1 week 2 months
Dry 2 - 3 weeks don't freeze
Smoked 3 - 7 days don't freeze
Sour Cream 3 - 4 days don't freeze
Stews and Soups 2 - 3 days 2 - 4 months
Variety meats 1 - 2 days 3 months
Yogurt 2 weeks don't freeze
I know, I've even kept things longer than this, but it's something
to go by.
