[comp.sources.wanted] Looking for latest version of smail

Hi netters,

I am looking for the latest version of smail.  I have smail 2.5 now and
am very happy with it. However, I am assuming smail 3.xx is a more enhanced
version.  Does anyone know where I can get a copy?

Also, am I right in my assumption that smail 3.xx is better than smail 2.5?
