I am looking for a version top (written by William LeFebvre) that runs on Sunos 4.x (actually 4.1 and 4.1.1). The version that I have is of 1987 vintage and chokes on 4.x. Any pointers would be helpful. Thanks in advance, chuck smoko csmoko@relay.nswc.navy.mil

I don't know for certain if newer versions of top will work on SunOS 4.1.1, but what I *do* know is that there are definitely versions that are significantly newer than 1987 :-).
