A while ago, I read an article -- I think it was in the Globe and Mail's "shopping Basket" section -- about different ways to prepare rice from around the world. Anyway, it was asserted that the Puerto Ricans prepare THE best steamed rice available on the planet. (Intergalactic cuisine aside). Can anyone tell me what the PR secret is?
