[comp.sources.wanted] Need to print A5's side-by-side

I've got a postscript file containing a number of A5 pages.  I want to
print these pages side-by-side on an A4 postscript laserprinter.

I'm looking for a program to do this.  It would be really nice if it
allowed me to specify which pages to put together on a page.

I'd appreciate any leads, suggestions, or actual source code.
