#N:uiucdcs:8600042:000:405 uiucdcs!medley Feb 25 13:28:00 1984 Barbecued spareribs can be made by roasting them over the fire until they are browned and slightly crispy, and then putting them in the oven at a low temperature until you are ready for them, or at least an hour. This is THE best method I've ever discovered - the "juicing up" process takes place at the end, so the results are never dried out, and you don't cook anything out of them in the process.
