Below is part of an email message from my supervisor requesting that I look into a program that does this: > He (dean of the library) wants a program that will enable him to have the > rooms 202, and 208 be available for library wide scheduling. > In other words, any staff could pull up the schedule for those rooms and > see if there is already a meeting scheduled for that room and if not, they > could plug themselves into that day and time. Does anyone have any ideas, or points in the right direction on this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. -Guy -- Guy Martin -- UNIX Systems Support | Internet: guy@library.calpoly.edu Robert E. Thanks in advance. > As one kind soul pointed out in email, I forgot something every important. We are running a Sequent Symmetry 27 that is using Dynix V 3.0.12. (Unix). Hopefully this will help out. Thanks again. -Guy -- Guy Martin -- UNIX Systems Support | Internet: guy@library.calpoly.edu Robert E. Seems to me I ran across something of this nature when perusing the AT&T Toolchest utilities. It was called datebook, or something like that. You might check it out. -Eric
