I need a bitmap editor that has alot more power than the one that comes with Sun's Open Windows. The bitmap.new.tar.Z that is on uunet core dumps with a floating point exception. There weren't any man pages, README file or bitmap.help. So, if it is any better, I have no way of knowing, since it is incomplete. What I need are cut-n-paste facilities. The ability to make a current bitmap larger or smaller. While the OL version has cut-n-paste, I can't seem to cut-n-paste between two bitmap programs. Either that or I missed an instruction somewhere. I also need to be able to edit very large bitmaps and have the ability to zoom in on areas of the bitmap. Thanks in advance for any information on where to find said program.
