I am interested in a program which can convert (di)troff input into MIF (framaker) output and visa-versa. It would be fine if it read the the troff input files or the troff output files (i.e. input to the program either troff input or troff output). Frame sells such a thing as a package deal costing $495 even with an educational discount. Since a) I don't need the other ones and b) think that this is more than I can afford right now, I am looking for a public domain workaround.
