shrimp ceviche 2 # raw shrimp peeled and cleaned 2 medium onions sliced .5 c green bell pepper cubed .5 c red bell pepper (or pimento) cubed 1.5 c olive oil 1.5 c white vinegar .25 c sugar 1.5 t salt 1.5 t celery seed 4 whole cloves 2 T capers w/ juice 1. Layer solid ingredients in jar. 2. Mix remaining ingredients. 3. Pour into jar. 4. Seal. 5. Place in refrigerator for 6 or hours more, 6.
