[comp.graphics] In search of a super frame buffer

I am in search of a frame buffer that has the best of all possible
features.  This is a wide request, I am looking for several (perhaps
more than one kind) monitors which provide new and wonderful features.

Genlock, flood fill, complex polygon fill & outline, block and polygon
copy (with OR,XOR,AND,stencil,...), Multiple LUT cycling, and anything
else that would allow for fast graphics/animation.

I am not a representative of any buying concern, I am merely acquiring
the facts for the concern.
