You'll find that the first book is fairly comprehensive on the subject of computer graphics, but also gives some PASCAL examples of algorithms, (such as Bresenham's Algorithm). It also discusses a variety of graphical display devices and how to implement a fairly device-independant graphics library. The second book listed gives examples of C based routines for lines, arc's, circles, etc in the applications section. Though most of the book deals with hardware, it still has good info on generalised bit-mapped graphics. (1) Principles of Interactive Computer Graphics, 2nd Ed. by William Newmanand Robert Sproull.
