We have an old Lexidata 3400 which served as the display for an old Calma CAD/CAM system. We would now like to use it as a Lexidata with MOVIE BYU on either an old DG or a VAX but we are missing the low-level device drivers. Does anyone have a device driver for RDOS or VMS or BSD? Example code would be enough so that we could determine the escape sequences for the Lexidata. Thanks in advance. ====================================================================== Alex Woo, MS 227-2 | wu@ames-aero.arpa NASA Ames Research Center | woo@ames-nas.arpa Moffett Field, CA 94035 | {seismo,topaz,lll-crg,ucbvax}! If you need the OS level device driver, I can supply you with the one I wrote for BYU while I was there. If you need the 'Movie' device driver, I don't have that, you'll have to get it from BYU. I've got a 4.1/4.2 lexi dev driver, lemme know if you want it. It's kinna klugy, 'cause the lexi don't like to interupt. You may find that you occasionally need to reboot the Vax to get it back. If you reply, let me know how great you are at installing device drivers in kernels, so that I may give you instructions that are on 'your' level. (i.e. if you're a guru, I'll just send the source, if you have never done it before, I'll send explicit instructions.) Jim Thompson Convex Computer Corp 701 N.
