[comp.graphics] need a graphics board that can overlay on RGB video

Hi, I'm doing some work that involves overlaying text and graphics on an 
analog RGB video signal.  I'd like to know if anybody knows of an IBM PC/AT
board that provides high speed graphics keyed over a full RGB input giving
an RGB output.

Try the AT&T Targa 16 or 32.  I think they do what you want.

  The Number 9 card from Nth Graphics will overlay RGB graphics.
