We currently have a Ramtek 9460 and a 9490. These are graphics processors, tied to a DMA unibus port on a Vax-750. They both have a color monitor, and in addition, we have a Matrix Recorder which is a device on which one can mount a 35MM camera or a Polorid, for making photos/slides of the image present on the color monitor. We are going to decommission this hardware and are interested in finding someone who could use it. We currently support it with BSD 4.3 Unix. Since we can not sell equipment outright, this hardware will be "traded off" towards the purchase of a new Encore machine that the department is purchasing in March. Interested parties could send any funds that change hands to Encore towards the purchase of our Encore and we would ship the hardware direct to interested parties.
