[comp.graphics] Info Needed of TIFF files

A friend of mine is looking for information on TIFF formatted
files.  All he knows is that it is a graphics interchange
file format.  Any Info will be greatly appreciated.  If you
know where we can get a spec that would be great.  Please reply
