I'm interested in an algorithm for showing an object rotating on a screen, or, equivalently, showing an object while the camera moves. One obvious way of doing this is removing hidden lines and displaying the object, changing the viewpoint a little bit, removing hidden lines and displaying the object, and so on once for each frame. Does anyone know of a more efficient algorithm, one perhaps that takes advantage of the similarity from frame to frame>?
