I am writing a program that needs to read a PIC file created by
IN-A-VISION and understand its contents.
Can anyone help me in finding the format of these files?
(I think this is the same format used by Lotus 123, Lotus Manuscript,
PC Paint and Windows "draw!", but I am not sure. Is it?)
Are there any utilities for converting this format to/from IGES ?
Thanx a lot for any explicit information or references.
