I need a cute little routine for a color conversion size type deal.. Original input is 800X500 screen with 4 of 64 colors available.. the output is a 640X350 screen wwith 16 of 64 colors avalable.. For those at BSU monitoring, YES, it's DEC to EGA.. for those not @ BSU, I'm looking to convert a DEC vt240/241 display to an EGA output.. the screen ratio's are 4/3 and 10/7 .. kinda hard to do.. first thought..
