Hello, I am working with Greg Ward at the Windows and Daylighting group at Lawrence Berkeley Labs on the application of his ray tracing program called Radiance to the architectural field (see Architecture, June 1988.) We are in need of a program that converts Sun rasterfiles to a Macintosh readable color fomat. Since there has just been a program posted on comp.binaries.mac that can read TIFF format graphics, it would be best if our Sun rasterfiles could be converted to TIFF format (that way most other systems could view our images as well) and then to Macintosh color. Before I attempt to write the converter, I would like to know if such a beast already exists, and if it does where I can get a copy of it. Thanks in advance. :~) Chas Ehrlich; ehrich@lands.ced.berkeley.edu UC Berkeley, College of Environmental Design
