The SIGGRAPH education directory has most of this information. If you want to find out who is doing graphics just about anywhere in academia, look there. If your academic graphics group is NOT listed, it should be. Shame on you. Contact the ACM SIGGRAPH Education Committee to make sure you are included in the next edition and to make sure that you qualify for the discounts on full sets of courses notes that are offered sporadically to institutions listed in the directory.
