Artwick, _Applied Concepts in Microcomputer Graphics_ 1984 Prentice-Hall Inc., ISBN 0-13-039322-3 If you intend to do anything in graphics that needs speed then you need this book. It discusses everything from fixed-point math to using pseudo degrees instead of degrees or radians for angle measure. Damn good book.
