Well....  It doesn't really include the original graphics routines from 
Flight Simulator, but it is nevertheless one of the most excellent graphics
books available.

If you intend to do anything in graphics that needs speed then you need this
book.  It discusses everything from fixed-point math to using pseudo degrees
instead of degrees or radians for angle measure.  Damn good book.
