To repeat Brian Herzog's recent posting, the SIGGRAPH Conference Management office can be contacted by telephone at 312/644-6610. This number has been in effect since 1982. Since 1983, the electronic mail address sba@cgl.waterloo.edu has been available to contact SIGGRAPH Conference Management. General inquiries about SIGGRAPH the organization can be sent to this userid (siggraph@cgl.waterloo.edu or siggraph@cgl.uwaterloo.ca or maybe even siggraph@waterloo.bitnet if your bitnet mailer isn't too brain-damaged). If a direct answer is not forthcoming, your request will be forwarded to someone who can answer it. Coming Attractions: ACM (the Association for Computing Machinery) does use e-mail. We are in the process of determining if there are e-mail contacts for often-asked questions such as o "How do I join?" o "How do I order stuff?" o "How come by lastest issue of ... hasn't arrived yet?" so they can posted to the net. Those of interest to the computer graphics community will be posted here.
