To the lady who requested the Toll House cookie recipe, I can recommend the recipe on the back of the Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip bag. As a chocolate chip cookie fanatic, I have made this and other recipes but have found that this recipe is the best one. I have also used Hershey Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and I prefer them. My only variation to the recipe is to use half margarine and half Butter-Flavored Crisco instead of what the recipe calls for: margarine or butter. The cookies turn out better. I have also used half cooking oil and half margarine but this made the cookies more crunchy that I like them. Good luck in your quest!
