[comp.graphics] Image Storage and Retrieval System wanted

I am looking for a system to store and retrieve images.

Ideally, the system should:

- Be able to search for images based on key expressions

- Be fast

- Work on a PC-AT or compatible with VGA card

- Allow images to be stored in our own file format

If anyone has any information on such a system, I'd be glad to know
about it.
