[comp.graphics] DXF conversion

Sorry for treading into comp.graphics with what is probably a much overused
request, but here goes anyway.  I'm looking for a utility (or code) to convert
those good old DXF files into simple wireframe (2d or 3d) objects defined with
just points and lines.  As I mentioned above, a pre-existing utility would be
great, but code in either Pascal or C would do also.  Please mail me responses
if this has already been covered a lot here.
