I tryed posting this message a while ago. There have been a couple of problems with news here, and I haven't gotten any replies, so I'm going to try posting it again. Sorry if the other one got through. I am looking for source code for decompressing the LZW compression in gif pictures. There was a post a while ago with source for compressing pictures. I am looking for something like that. If you have any C source code that loads gif pictures, would you please send it to me through mail? Thanks. Also, does anyone know of a good way to display a 32 color picture in 16 colors (the problem is choosing which 16 colors to use, and which of the colors I should map each of the 32 colors to).
