I need to find a practical, affordable program to convert std Targa M8 B&W images (compressed and/or non-compressed) into standard 8-bit monochrome TIFF format. Being able to go both ways would be an extra treat! I am familiar with T-SCAN from Videotex Sys, but understand that it only works with the 16 and ICB - Right? What is/are TrueTilities? I have found no ads or refs other than net.blurbs that refer to it in passing. Does that include it? If necessary I can write the d**n thing. Can anyone send me the basic format for the 8-bit monochrome version TIFF image?
