While I was out BBSing this weekend, I ran across some animation files for EGA. One series has the extension .MOV and uses an executable call AFEGA.EXE. I downloaded the AFEGA.EXE from two different sources and both just hang up my machine. Are there any other executables that will work with these files ? Are there any VGA animation programs with something like .MOV files that are used with them ? I think there is. I have something called GRASPLT.EXE that uses a .GL file to produce an excellent animation of the JOLT COLA can spinning (this was a STB demo I downloaded from COMPUSERVE). Seems I saw GRASPLT.EXE discussed in comp.binaries.ibm.pc a long time ago. COMPUSERVE has more .GL files, but with 1200 baud and a slow version of XMODEM supported by COMPUSERVE, we are talking big $. I've tried 2400 baud on COMPUSERVE but too many retries and ZMODEM is not supported. I just got my first VGA board and monitor, and I'm trying to find more toys for it ! ____ _______ _____ _______ ------- / __ \ |__ __| / _ \ |__ __| -====------ Brad Leseberg | (__) | | | \ \ \_\ | | -======------ AT&T Bell Labs | __ | | | / \ __ | | --====------- 11900 N.
