Does anyone know where I can find huckleberries in Oregon? I am new to the Portland area but understand they can be found somewhere east of Portland. I am willing to tramp around and pick them myself.

I have a large huckleberry bush in front of my house and would appreciate any recipes which use huckleberries (except for jam), such as huckleberry pie, etc. Thanks!
