My wife and I have often made the Hungarian mushroom soup from the Moosewood Cookbook (the recipe was on the net a few days ago). It is the best mushroom soup that I have had. I have found that Moosewood, and its sequel, the Enchanted Broccoli Forest, two of my favorite cookbooks. It's a bit heavy on the cholestrol (many cheese and egg type dishes), but there are many winners in the book. These kudos come from a non-vegetarian. Marc S. Meketon
