[comp.graphics] Wanted: SUNraster->TARGA16 and PIXAR->TARGA16

We are in need of both a SUNrasterfile and PIXARfile to TARGA16
converter.  Until yesterday I never expected to need to convert
to TARGA16 file format, so I never kept track of previous postings
about such converters.
