[net.cooks] Carne Asada: recipe wanted

I've been looking for a recipe for carne asada, that delicious Mexican steak
that also makes great taco and burrito filling, but the ones that I've
found in cookbooks just don't quite hit the mark.  If you have a recipe
that you favour, I'd love to try it!
