	A friend is looking for the following article:

		Nelson L. Max

	We don't seem to have this proceedings available locally and she
	was wondering if anyone had another reference for it.  Or if
	anyone has Nelson Max's e-mail address.  Or if anyone has Nelson
	Max's US mail address.  Or if anyone knows how to order the above
	proceedings.

Nelson gave our local group a talk on 3-D rendering some years back.
He gave me a copy of OMNIMAX 3-D ACM/SIGGRAPH paper to give to Scott
Fisher here at Ames.  I can sent this to you.
