[net.cooks] need recipie for Carmel-Fudge brownies

HELP!!!!

	I lost my recipie for Carmel Fudge brownies, and I 
	promised to make them for a 4th of July picnic.
	
	The one I had used kraft carmels, choc. chips, and german choc
	cake mix.
	
	Can anyone out there help me???
