Why don't you get some PD program like VPIC or something that will take GIF
format pictures and save them to PCX format for you??? This would let you
take almost any picture from any machine (in GIF format) and convert it to
PCX for your displayer.

Simon Hui (shui@venus.Berkeley.EDU) asks for sources of collections
of *.PCX files.  Two possible bulletin board sources are 714-545-8100
(I think that's Z-SOFT) and 508-373-2204.  Sorry, I'm not sure who
runs either of these -- they're listed on my autodialer, and since
I have them listed for AT&T service, I suspect they may not be
accessible via PC Pursuit.
