[comp.graphics] OCR mark-sense form software

Hello, net:
  I've got a friend who spends long hours using an old batch-oriented
program to produce mark-sense OCR forms on a plotter.  There must be an
easier way.  If you have or know of such software, or have any ideas 
on the subject, I welcome your comments.  Please respond by email, as
