We're in the process of getting licenses to run the NeoVisuals software from SAS Institute. We have several VAX and VAXstation computers which will run the software but no graphics terminals to do modeling. The VAXstations will all run DECwindows shortly. Does anyone have or know of (or is it in the X distribution) any of the following: 1. A 3-D Modeling program/system for X for which I can filter the model information into NeoVisuals format? or 2. A Tektronix 4100 series terminal emulator for X (the NeoVisuals software supports TEK 4100's) ? Anyone have any experience using NV? We're going to be using it to snaz-up graphs and charts from SAS/GRAPH, for research support (visualization), and possibly play if I can get the time. :-) -- ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Michael McGuffey, Senior Software Applications Analyst Phone: 304/696-3212 University Computer Center FAX: 304/696-3601 Marshall University BITNET: mcguffey@muvms1 Huntington, WV 25755-5320 Internet: mcguffey%muvms3@wvnvms.wvnet.edu
