Here's a recipe for basic pizza dough from
the booklet that came with my "super stone"*.

     Basic Pizza Dough
1 pkg active dry yeast
1 cup	lukewarm water
1t	salt
3 1/2 - 4 cups all purpose flour
2t	sugar
2T	olive oil

Thoroughly mix flour, sugar, and salt in bowl. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm
water, let proof, and add flour mixture. Stir and then add olive oil.
Stir until the dough begins to form a ball in the bowl.

	either

dump this into your cuisinart and let do the kneading

	or

place the dough on a lightly floured dough cloth and knead for
  8-10 minutes.

	then

Place dough in greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm, draft free place
until doubled in size (90 minutes or so usually). Punch down and knead
again and allow to rise for an additional 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough to form a circle slightly larger than your "pizza brick".
Form a rim about 1/4" high around the edge. Throw on sauce and your
favorite toppings.

* Super stone is a kind of pizza brick I guess. It is a disk of stoneware
about 14" in diameter. I heat the pizza brick for about 20 minutes
to get it real hot (450 degrees) and then put the pizza right on it.
The hot brick gives a nice and crispy crust.
