Here is a quickie, but goodie that is guaranteed to please your guests - especially the last minute drop ins. Spinach Rolls 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mayonaise 1/2 bottle bacon bits (2-6 oz) 2 10oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach cooked to directions 1 package Hidden Valley Dressing (Non-buttermilk style) 12 flour torillas (regular and jalapeno) Mix all into a paste and spread onto torillas. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Cut into bite sized pieces and serve cold or room temperature. May be made one day ahead of time. Pizza Crust 1 envelope active dry yeast 1 cup lukewarm water 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2-1/2 cups unsifted a/p flour 2 Tbs. oil Sprinkle yeast over warm water. Add remaining ingredients and beat 20 times. Let stand 5 minutes and then spread onto a large cookie sheet or pizza pan. Oiling your hands helps! Add your favorite sauce, cheeses, meats, veggies and enjoy Bake @ 425 for 20-25 minutes Brenda < ramsey@ucla-locus.ARPA >
