Does anyone have a conversion from pict to ps?

Has anyone experienced any problems with the importing MAC PICT files to an MS-DOS machine. I am trying to port Mac PICT to a PC via the TOPPS network. But when the files are transferred they are corrupted. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
