We hope to have the SIGGRAPH biblio from 74-86 (currently only have 85-86)
on decwrl/gatekeeper shortly.  We are in an editing phase, but we are very
short handed (many people desiring information, but few willing to help).
This says nothing of future maintenance.  It then becomes a matter of
a crontab entry to regularly post a message directing people to seek
references on said host rather than post a request (frequency needs to
be determined empirically).  But it is the maintenance which worries me.
I know how little help we can expect.  Nothing like having an out of
date resource.
