[comp.graphics] Examples of / spec for Targa files wanted.

I'm trying to debug a Targa-to-anything converter with next to no
information about Targa files.  As far as I can tell, I'm down to
two problems: one of my two example files says it's interlaced, but
it actually isn't; and the line lengths in both examples seem to
vary a little, making vertical features get wavy.

Any help would be appreciated.
