Has anyone got an online version of some or all of the program listings in the book 'Programming Principles in Computer Graphics' by Leendert Ammeraal, pub (in the UK) by John Wiley & Sons (1987). It'd be nice not to type the listings in unless I had too ... If you have them, please email me to let me know (don't send them to me straight away!) and I'll reply.
