OK, I bought a copy of Madhur Jaffrey's "Indian Cooking" last night. I'm anxious to try it, but I would appreciate a suggested menu. I want to come away with the feeling that I can't wait to try this again, so I don't want to go wrong on the first try. Also, if anyone has a suggestion for a spice shop in the Palo Alto/San Jose area, I'd appreciate it. I feel somewhat apprehensive about grocery store spices because I'm not really sure that they care about quality as much as I do. A good source for lamb would also be helpful. Thanks in advance.
