Talk about coincidences!!! No more than a half an hour has passed since I had dinner which included my wife's wonderful celery seed salad. So, I dial in the trusty net and lo and behold, a request for celery seed dress- ing. Well, here it is: 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 1/2 cup salad oil 3 tablespoons sugar 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds 1/2 teaspoon salt Combine all ingredients and wisk until sugar has disolved. Chill until ready to use. Makes approximately 1 1/3 cups.
