In order to avoid finger meltdown and other keyboard blues, I'm wondering whether anyone (even Mr. Roy Hall) has got the code from Roy Hall's book "Illumination and Color in Computer Generated Imagery" online which they could send to me. I've found a few typos which don't make me very confident in the book versions, and I'd really rather avoid having my fingers stage a coup.
