[comp.graphics] Need Graphics File converters

A rather large request, but I need the following:

     Source for format converters FROM: 

                             PCX    (PC PaintBrush)
                             EPSF   (Post Script) 
                             PICT   (Mac QuickDraw)
                             TIFF   
          
                       TO:   DIB    (Windows Device Independant Bitmaps)
                          or MetaFile (Windows metafile)

     and vice versa.

If anyone can point me to the above converters, or even intermediate 
converters (eg. PICT to PCX) I would appreciate it.   We have some of the
converters here at MS, but before I re-invent the wheel , I would like to see
what is out there on the Net.
