<Munch, munch> I am getting ready to make some jam, jelly, preserves (or whatever) for the first time. I have canned peaches in the past with great success. This year I have twice as many peaches and want to make something new. Does anyone out there have any recipes they would care to share? Is there such a thing as 'peach butter'?
